Enhancing the Look-and-Feel of Your Website

Website Facelift Components

IHR will update your following website components:

1. Top bar - update the layout, logo, colors, etc.
2. Navigation bar - update the color and style of the links
3. Text fonts - update the color and style of the text in the body of the web pages
4. Web page layout - typically make pages wider so that users can read more text across your pages
5. Bottom bar (contains copyright dates info, etc.) - update copyright dates, as well as any other info that needs to be added
6. Implement CSS and SSI technology - if needed, IHR implements CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) or SSI (Server-side include) technology into your site. These two technologies allow IHR to update the entire site look-and-feel (even if your site had e.g. 100 web pages) in one central place. By centralizing updates, rather than having to change every single page, this provides the following benefits to you:
   • Dramatically reduces the cost of enhancing the site look-and-feel
   • Creates a site that has a very consistent look-and-feel
7. Additional updates: Although the following components are not formally part of the site's look-and-feel, IHR also does the following:
   • Updates web page keywords to optimize your pages for search engines
   • Updates page content that is out of date
