How to Display and Print HTML (Web) Email
in Your Email Software
Introduction
Sometimes IHR emails the following documents in HTML (web) format:
- invoices
- web click-thru statistics reports
- newsletters
When this occurs the recipient receives a web page inside their email
software (e.g. Outlook, Eudora, Hotmail). The advantages of using an HTML (Web)
format are:
- displays colors / images
- displays tables with properly aligned rows and columns
- more interesting layout of the information
Text-based emails cannot easily display the above features.
Should you continue reading this page?
If you can see colors, images, or a table with columns and rows, then you are
properly viewing an HTML email and there is no need for you to continue reading
this page.
If you are having a problem display and/or printing email in HTML format,
then continue reading this page.
Enabling your email software
In order to properly display HTML email, your desktop email software must be
